Job Summary:

The Set Up Technician supports safe, efficient production by keeping lines running within safety, production, and quality standards. This role is responsible for installing and removing molds and related auxiliary equipment during mold changes.


Wage: $18-20/hour depending on experience

Hours: Training will be Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm. Candidate needs to be able to move to night shift and weekends after training.


Responsibilities:

+ Performs trouble-shooting and preventive maintenance on molds and related peripheral equipment.

+ Must be able to safely install and remove molds from injecting molding machine according to the working procedures.

+ Prepare and submit Daily Log sheet, MRR (Mold repair request) and PM (Preventive maintenance request) as required in a clear and concise manner.
