Our client is a manufacturing company that deals in office furniture such as chairs, tables, etc. The Sewer will operate an industrial sewing machine with a mixture of fabric and leather. They will sew seating for office chairs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Creates slip covers skillfully and according to instructions.
• Sews quality covers as an integral part of the production process for standard and special orders.
• Aligns parts, fasteners, and trimmings following seams, edges, or markings.
• Selects threads and zippers according to specifications or colour of parts.
• Trims excess threads and edges of covers to achieve the desired look of quality product.
