The SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant will be responsible Reports and simple Integrations needs of SuccessFactors Implementation
Key Responsibilities
Analyze reporting requirements, document them using standardized templates for SuccessFactors Reports/Story buildingDesign and Deliver dashboards and data visualizations in SuccessFactors aligned with Client Business Needs.Ensure compliance with global reporting standards focusing on legal and regulatory requirements involving multiple countriesAdministration of Report variants in SuccessFactorsStrong understanding of HR Processes and experience delivering HR analytics Solutions and simple Report based IntegrationsRequired Skills
