Required Technical / Functional Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple Salesforce cloud platforms.


• 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end enterprise Salesforce implementations.


• Strong expertise in cloud computing strategy, solution architecture, implementation, and management.


• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configurations including Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Profiles, Permission Sets, and SSO.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, Authentication & Authorization, and PII/Data Security.


• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Service Console, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Knowledge Management.
