Responsibilities and Duties:
β’ Execute marketing operations activities, including:
β’ Segmentation generation and management using audience builder, email testing in content
builder, email build configuration, and audit.
β’ Multi-channel, multi-touch campaign configuration and execution
β’ Email/message building and reporting
β’ Campaign auditing and issue management
β’ Review marketing campaign requests from clients and provide recommendations on how to execute.
β’ Export information from SFMC β We need knowledge on SQL query. This report could be the data views, modification of the data views, ad-hoc reports at a campaign level and/or reports defined by CRM and Analytics team.
β’ Campaign builds with UTM tags.
β’ Identify and work with the team lead to implement possible new functionality and/or process
improvements that better meet client needs and drive efficiency.
