Work as an extended team of the factory Data Science and Application Development teams to co‑research and develop leading‑edge analytics to visualize and model equipment behavior for chamber matching, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics for the field service team. Actively engage with the Data Science team and customers to identify opportunities for analytical model enhancement and to further improve Lam EI Products.

Responsibilities

• Improve productivity by assessing Installed Base metrics and completing data analysis to map out engagement opportunities using EI products.
• Execute customer engagements through reduction of tool‑related escalations, maintenance/QC time, and implement Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Guide analysis for escalation troubleshooting related to tool matching, drifts, and outliers.
