Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Manage process, Implementation, best practices & techniques of BIM and related tools. 
Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice. 
Co‑ordinate with design consultants, contractor & sub‑contractors. 
Review design and fabrication models and drawings. 
Identify & use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as built models. 
Identify project workflows throughout all project phases. 
Oversee project to ensure completion of site activities. 
Able to work independently with minimum guidance. 
Report to BIM Manager. 
Other duties as assigned from time to time. 
 Qualifications  Atleast a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
