Shape environmental management across Nammo's European operations

As a HESS Director at Nammo, you will report directly to the VP HESS and be part of the Group HESS leadership team, providing strategic leadership within your area of responsibility and contributing to the continued development of Health, Environment, Safety and Security across the Group. You will drive the implementation of HESS strategies, governance and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting a strong HESS culture and organizational learning. Working closely with business leaders, site teams and key stakeholders, you will build trust and collaborate across organizational boundaries to translate Group ambitions into practical improvements and lasting results.
