We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join Recharge’s Tech organisation, reporting to the CPTO. In this role, you will work closely across the company to shape clear, reliable and user‑centred experiences -- both for our end customers and for colleagues using our internal tools.

Recharge is on a journey to create the charging industry’s best customer experience. A key part of this journey is unifying the end‑to‑end experience across digital services, internal operations and physical charging sites into one cohesive, intuitive and seamless whole. This role plays a central part in that transformation -- building new products and services while thoughtfully improving what already exists.
