The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Share Registrar & Legal Executive to join our Legal team. Based in either Invercargill or Christchurch, this is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the business, providing governance, legal and administrative support while helping ensure the smooth operation of key shareholder and statutory processes. You'll work closely with the General Counsel and Company Secretary, Legal Team, senior leaders, Board members and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
