Position Overview

            Job Description

Administer, maintain and support SharePoint Server farms, SharePoint Online environments and related Microsoft collaboration platforms
Manage and maintain SharePoint infrastructure across production, testing and development environments
Provide 2nd line support for SharePoint-related incidents, service requests and operational issues
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint platform issues while ensuring timely updates through the ticketing system
Administer and maintain complex SharePoint farm environments deployed across distributed infrastructures
Architect, plan and implement long-term improvements to SharePoint platforms and associated services
Optimize, tune and capacity plan SharePoint environments to ensure performance, availability and scalability
Deploy, configure and support SharePoint solutions, applications and platform enhancements
