**Sheet Metal Foreman**

**Job Description**

The Sheet Metal Foreman leads and supervises field sheet metal crews while working hands-on to install ductwork systems for commercial and industrial projects. This role oversees layout, fabrication, and installation of duct systems, ensures work quality and code compliance, coordinates manpower and materials, and collaborates closely with project stakeholders to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Placement type**

This is a direct hire position. No temporary or contract to hire period.

**Pay**

Open to discussion, but traditionally offers have been in the high 30's and 40's depending on experience
