**Job Title: Sheet Metal Foreman / Installer** **Job Description**
This role leads a field crew in the installation, assembly, and repair of sheet metal duct systems and related HVAC components on large commercial and high-rise projects. The foreman works hands-on alongside the team, reads and interprets blueprints, plans and lays out work, coordinates materials, and serves as the primary on-site contact for project questions and communication with the office.

**Responsibilities**
