About the role

As a Resident Services Officer, you will:

• Oversee building safety and ensure a secure environment for all residents
• Manage tenancies, including viewings, settling in new residents, and handling sign-ups
• Conduct fire risk assessments and report on any communal or individual repair requirements
• Take part in resident meetings and help resolve light anti-social behaviour issues as they arise
• Provide a friendly, approachable presence onsite, ensuring residents feel supported and valued
