As a member of the Selma team, the Weekend Mold Crew member will be responsible for the following roles.

Using a high-pressure Ice Blaster to clean foam moldsUse a Putty Knife to scrape debris from the foam moldsUse Air Wands to clean foam moldsClean, sweep and wipe down machines Advantages of working at Lear in the Foam group:

Previous manufacturing experience Required
