Overview

When you join Amazon as an Area/Shift Manager, you’ll gain experience leading a large and diverse team to keep your area of the business in sync with demand. This hands‑on role gives you insight into the complexity of operations in a global business and requires you to drive productivity, address challenges, and collaborate with colleagues to keep the business moving. The role is fully onsite and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime and occasional peak‑season shifts.

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles last‑mile delivery duties. You will work within AMZL to maintain safety standards, improve process efficiency, and support both “under the roof” warehouse associates and “on the road” delivery contractors, including working with Amazon Flex.
