Job Title: Shift Engineer – Property Management

Job Summary:

The Shift Engineer is responsible for managing and monitoring all technical operations during assigned shifts, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of building systems, prompt issue resolution, and adherence to safety and maintenance standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Technical Operations & Maintenance

• Operate and monitor MEP systems including Electrical, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, Lifts, STP/WTP, Fire systems, and Plumbing
  
• Ensure all equipment runs as per manufacturer guidelines and SOPs
  
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities
  
• Maintain logbooks, checklists, and equipment records
