Job Summary and Description The TD MDE Shift Engineer is responsible for robust shift-level operations that support TD work you're doing. This role acts as the critical bridge between real-time shift execution and TD strategic objectives, translating priorities into actionable plans that ensure process stability, yield protection and operational excellence.
Safety & Quality - Finishes the required safety training and adheres to safety and regulatory policies
- Proactively identifies and resolves safety and quality issues with stakeholders
- Drives reduction of injuries, hazards, and environmental incidents
Shift Operations - Serves as 2nd line of defense for shift critical area issues (lot hold, disposition, excursions, line-downs, tool downs) interfacing HVM Ops team and TD 1st shift Process Development teams
