Job Summary

The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the data centre during assigned shifts, ensuring critical infrastructure is operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established operational procedures. This role provides technical leadership to shift technicians, coordinates incident response, manages planned maintenance activities, and ensures compliance with operational standards to maintain maximum uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the shift operations team to ensure smooth daily data centre operations.
• Monitor critical facility systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).
