Description
As a Shift Lead, you will help manage the day to day operations of the assigned location. You will be responsible for coaching, teaching, training, enforcement of company policies, procedures, best practices, programs, and performance standards.

In addition, you will assist the GM with supervising all employees, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve set goals, and KPIs, including customer satisfaction feedback goals.
