What you will do: Ensure a smooth start and stable operation of all production lines during the shift, including proper workstation setup and readiness Monitor daily performance and ensure achievement of production targets (e.g. output, yield, downtime, absenteeism, scrap, and material consumption) Review previous day (D-1) performance, address deviations, and define and follow up on actions to achieve current shift targets Ensure strict adherence to work instructions, quality standards, and control procedures, including in-process and final inspections, defect documentation, and repair processes Identify deviations in production and quality, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions Supervise and guide operators to ensure compliance with best practices, proper use of tools and equipment, and protection of materials and products Maintain high standards of order, cleanliness, and discipline on the shopfloor (5S principles) Lead, motivate, and engage the team to achieve perfo...
