Shift Leader Production – PCBA

You will oversee production activities during assigned shifts, ensuring that output, quality, and safety targets are achieved while supporting and guiding team members. The role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in PCBA manufacturing, and hands‑on experience with SMT and back‑end equipment such as pick‑and‑place machines, solder paste inspection, screen printers, AOI, wave soldering, and functional testing processes. You will act as the main point of contact between the production team and management, coordinating resources, resolving issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

• Lead and coordinate all SMT & THT PCBA production activities from start until packaging and delivery to outbound docks during the shift to meet schedule.
