As a Team Captain, you'll take charge of their scheduled shifts by leading several aspects of the store operation from motivating and guiding team members, to jumping in to solve problems, and keeping the store running smoothly.  They lead by example, ensuring key processes are followed and ensuring fast, friendly, and exceptional guest service.
