Wingstop is seeking an entry-level Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations in Colombia. This role partners with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to uphold Wingstop culture and drive guest satisfaction.

We will train you if you don't have experience, with upward mobility to a General Manager. You will lead on-shift teams, ensure safety, cash handling, and cost controls while delivering great service.
