Key Responsibilities

• Monitors and accomplishes the checklists for opening and closing shifts, makes sure that all sales, cash, stocks, inventories, and equipment are accounted for. Maintains cleanliness standards for both opening and closing shifts.
• Ensures that the store follows proper security measures when closing.
• Documents shift highlights, maintenance issues, or HR incidents and reports to Store Supervisor.
• Leads after and pre-shift briefings for the staff.
• Provides real time feedback and corrections to the staff to foster learning and avoid future violations.
• Assists management in giving feedback and updates for performance evaluations.
• Acts as the first point of contact for guest relations. Escalates guest complaints to the Supervisor or Head Office when appropri...
