CBW Staffing Solutions are pleased to be working with a leading FM provider in the search for an experienced M&E Maintenance Manager to join their team on a prestigious static healthcare contract based in Birmingham.

As M&E Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the on-site engineering team, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered to the highest standard while meeting contractual SLAs and compliance requirements.

This is a hands-on management role, with approximately 80% office based duties and 20% technical support on the tools, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with practical involvement.
