JOB SUMMARY:

This job is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and supervising the operations of a section of the store to ensure that it is operating in accordance with operating standards and that the quality, cleanliness and service are not compressed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With experience as a fast-food chain manager, with at least 1 - 2 years.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
• With experience or knowledge in doing profit and loss reports, sales reports, inventory, and ordering.
• Preferably residing near the job location.
• Willing to undergo training.
• Can start ASAP
• With complete government benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health)
