Our client, a leader in the flexible packaging industry is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Shift Manager  to join their team based in Durban. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Qualified Trade Tested
• N5 - 6 Production / Operations management qualification
• 3–5 years' experience as Flexo/Gravure Operator in a production environment.
• Min 1-2 years' experience as a supervisor in a production environment 
• Experience in Facilitating Africomms.
• Experience in leading continuous improvement projects.
• Skilful Communication
• Planning Work
• Demonstrate Authority
• Good understanding of Training and Development
• Problem Solving ability
