Cleveland-Cliffs Steel has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Maintenance at our East Chicago, Indiana location. Ideal candidates enjoy working in innovative, challenging environments and are willing to constantly raise the bar and create what is next. Mechanical Shift Managers develop solutions and implement projects that improve the process and reliability for the plant, along with working collaboratively with our bargaining unit, operations teams, and outside contractors. We have multiple openings in the plant.

Summary of Responsibilities
+ Direct union craft employees who are responsible for maintaining operating equipment through time-based predictive and emergency action.
