We are on the hunt for a couple of Shift Managers at our BK Restaurants in our Rotorua restaurant.

You must be able to work some night and weekend shifts!

As a Shift Manager, you are responsible for:

• This is a hands‑on position, you will also work to make and serve: big, bold, deliciousness (great burgers) to everyone.
• Supervise a small team of Fast Food workers (Cooks & Kitchen Hands) and support them to be successful by coaching, ensuring breaks are taken etc.
• Ensure that all operational standards are met, including food safety, quality and customer measures.
• Problem‑solve should issues arise and elevate to experts as required e.g. if kitchen machinery require repairing.
