. Overseeday-to-day operations at the petrol station to maintain efficiency andproductivity

. Monitorand ensure that service champions' uniforms are clean, worn properly, and meetShell Uniform standards to uphold a professional image

. Providehigh-quality customer service in the c-store and forecourt, managing the teamto build strong customer relationships and promptly address any issues orfeedback

. Manageteam members to uphold quality standards, oversee inventory procurement, andensure the station environment is clean and well-maintained

. Implementand enforce work protocols and procedures through staff training, performancemonitoring, and compliance audits
