BelPak is looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee its Scarborough operations. This permanent, full-time position involves planning staff workloads and ensuring smooth process transitions. An ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or packaging sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor production levels to meet productivity targets
