Job Summary
- Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality and cycle time targets
Key Responsibilities
- Follow 5S, safety regulation and quality standard at all the Time
- Comply with company policies, EHS requirement and industry regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations

Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of Degree
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in a Production Supervisor role in semiconductor
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Power Point
