As a **Supervisor II, Shift Team** at Phillips 66, you will lead a team of operators on the production line to safely and reliably deliver on our plan each shift. You will guide day-to-day operations, remove barriers so your team can do their best work, and help build a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
