Qualifications & Experience: Applicants must have an AQF Certificate II, Certificate III or higher, or an equivalent qualification, in retail, hospitality, business, leadership/management or a related field, together with at least 12 months of relevant supervisory experience in retail, fast food, hospitality, customer service or similar operations.
