**Job Title: Shipper**
**Job Description**
Work collaboratively with Customer Service and Warehouse personnel to ensure customer needs are met and that order requests or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**

+ Pick, pack, and ship materials to fulfill customer orders.
+ Weigh and verify all material being shipped.
+ Ensure compliance with customer shipping policies and procedures according to routing guides.
+ Ship international orders and prepare customs paperwork as needed.
+ Utilize FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping software for order shipments.
+ Handle shipments of hazardous materials.
+ Assist in resolving discrepancies and customer complaint investigations.
+ Perform material cycle counts and Quality Control checks.
+ Maintain housekeeping and health and safety standards.
+ Stock warehouse shelves with incoming materials and maintain warehouse organization.
