**Job Description**
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk verifies and records all outgoing shipments, prepares items for delivery, and ensures that orders are accurately packaged, labeled, and documented in accordance with company and customer requirements. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and using warehouse systems and equipment to process shipments safely and effectively.
**Responsibilities**
+ Verify and record information on outgoing shipments by comparing identifying details and quantities against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other shipping documents.
+ Count, weigh, or measure items in outgoing shipments to confirm accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements.
