**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor**

**Job Description**

The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the shipping, receiving, and crating departments, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient logistics, and high-quality outbound and inbound freight handling. This role plays a key part in implementing a new warehouse management system (WMS), driving continuous improvement, and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused environment where processes run smoothly from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise day-to-day operations of the shipping and receiving department, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
