Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for a shipping associate opening at a company in Danbury CT. This is a temp-to-hire job.
The shipping associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
The hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. The salary is $20 an hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate orders/reports from in-house system ?
- Pick and/or verify orders ?
- Package, weigh, and perform data entry into the house database ?
- Ensure all materials are shipped to customers and consignors within the assigned timeline and uphold standard of 100% accuracy?
- Use various shipping tools and platforms to expedite parcels via USPS and FedEx?
- Perform delivery and/or pick-up of materials as assigned by supervisor?
