Assist in the overall coordination and management of the Company’s shipping-related operations, achieving a balanced approach between transportation efficiency, cost control and risk management, in support of the Company’s business objectives.
In line with the Company’s business needs and shipping market conditions, support senior management in formulating and implementing medium- to long-term and short-term capacity deployment and control strategies; participate in commercial decision-making related to vessel chartering and shipping cooperation (including time charter, voyage charter and contracts of affreightment), with a focus on cost control, revenue enhancement, identification of potential risks and provision of decision-making recommendations.
