Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and handling documentation related to Letters of Credit (LCs).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international import and export shipments, including liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners.
• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, etc.).
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays or discrepancies.
