As a Shipping Coordinator at 3G PTE LTD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods in and out of the organisation. This full-time position is based in our Macpherson office in the Central Region. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating all shipping activities.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to schedule and coordinate shipments
- Preparing and processing all shipping documentation
- Tracking shipments and proactively communicating with stakeholders about delivery status
- Resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping process
- Maintaining accurate records and data related to all shipping activities
- Providing administrative support and perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Identifying opportunities to optimise shipping processes and procedures
