Overview: System One is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for direct hire!


Responsibilities


+ Pick, pack, and prepare all spare parts and customer sample products, rejections, and RMAs, for shipment as well as prepare and ship office documents.

+ Utilize UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL Easy Ship shipping software.

+ Demonstrate a familiarity with international shipping regulations such as: Appropriate use of Certificates of Origin, USMCA (U.S., Mexico, and Canada Agreement), ISPM-15, and Shippers Letter of Instruction, etc.

+ Learn and utilize the TOTALogistix (TLX) TMS portal for LTL, dedicated, expedited, and international air freight shipments.
