**Job Description**

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping Lead. In this role, you will be training to become a shipping supervisor, overseeing outgoing shipments, and ensuring that all truck drivers depart with the appropriate paperwork.

**Responsibilities**

+ Train to become a shipping supervisor.
+ Oversee and coordinate outgoing shipments.
+ Ensure truck drivers depart with the correct paperwork.
+ Direct and coordinate the activities of the wrapping team.
+ Assist in preparation processes.
+ Utilize forklifts, RF scanners, and other equipment as needed.
+ Perform data entry related to shipping and receiving.
+ Manage inventory efficiently.
+ Prepare and process bills of lading.
