The Job Details: The Shipping Services Associate will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers regarding the inbound and outbound movements of their product. The position involves telephone work as well as electronic communication via fax and email. Typing and computer use is necessary for processing out bound customer orders. The position also involves processing inbound and outbound loads at the shipping and receiving window during times of heavy volume and coverage as needed. Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

•Provide customers with information regarding their inventory

•Perform shipping and receiving duties

•Maintain professional relationships with the carriers and customers

•Follow all customer requirements and preparation for the shipment of the customers inventory out of the facility

•Check in and out all truck drivers
