Insight Global is looking for a Shipping Specialist to support a leading manufacturing organization. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and processing domestic and international shipments while ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time. On a daily basis, the Shipping Specialist will utilize carrier platforms such as FedEx and UPS, work within customer-specific shipping portals, generate shipping labels, prepare customs and export documentation, and monitor shipment status from origin to delivery. They will collaborate closely with operations, inventory, procurement, and customer teams to resolve shipping issues, maintain accurate records within SAP and other internal systems, and ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and customer requirements.
