**Job Description**

The Shipping and Packing Associate carefully packs customer orders, scans items for accuracy, and prepares shipments for timely delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and overall shipping operations by following established procedures and maintaining high attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**

+ Retrieve items from totes and accurately place them into appropriate shipping boxes according to each order.
+ Scan items using RF scanners to verify order accuracy and ensure correct products and quantities are packed.
