Team Leader

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role is responsible for leading the shipping and receiving department in all aspects of inventory management. The Team Leader will train and lead others in receiving, transacting, delivering, and shipping products and components of a basic to advanced complexity. The Team Leader will participate in and/or lead project teams tasked with process improvement, problem resolution, and lean initiatives.

As a Team Leader You Will

• Provide hands on leadership to assigned area team communicating daily schedule, goals, performance, and team member assignments
• Assist with supervisory tasks and employee performance evaluations with support of area supervisor
• Perform process audits, safety sweeps, and employee training (including TWI) as required
• Review area 6S, tools, fixtures, and material availability daily
