Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in abrasive blasting (sandblasting) of steel surfaces.
• Practical experience working in tanks, reservoirs, and other confined spaces.
• Hands-on experience with industrial painting, including:
• Brush application;
• Roller application;
• Airless spray application, ensuring the specified dry film thickness (DFT) is achieved in accordance with the coating specification.

1. Ability to properly prepare and mix coating materials in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical data sheets and application instructions.
2. Good knowledge of industrial painting terminology and coating application processes.
3. Ability to identify and perform different surface preparation grades in accordance with applicable industry standards.
