Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for vessel newbuilding, repair, conversion, or refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Prepare and update work schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation based on project requirements.
• Track project progress, identify schedule deviations, and recommend recovery plans to minimise delays.
• Monitor critical paths, project risks, and potential bottlenecks, ensuring timely escalation where necessary.
• Coordinate material availability, equipment readiness, and work sequencing to support efficient production.
• Produce regular progress reports, schedule updates, and performance reports for management and project stakeholders.
